Not every check is the same check, and most directories hide that. Every listing below says which kind it was, and the date we did it — because a license check is a photograph, not a guarantee. Somebody confirmed in August can be suspended in September.

A small number were not, and rather than quietly presenting those as equivalent, they are marked and we are re-checking them.

Not included yet. CDFAs: Only two Kansas CDFAs, both in Overland Park, so this category has no geographic spread. IDFA’s search sits behind a "prove you’re human" check we don’t work around, leaving ordinary web search as the only route. Other Kansas people advertise the CDFA designation on their own sites, but a firm’s marketing page isn’t proof a certification is current, so they were left out.
Not included yet. Therapists: The license itself is confirmed for all five, but the Kansas board’s results show only name, license number, type and status — no work address. The cities and counties here come from each therapist’s own public practice listing rather than the state record. Note Elizabeth Herl’s status reads "Active, renewal pending" rather than plain Active — still a live license, but worth re-checking.
Not included yet. Attorneys: Kansas’s attorney directory lists a business address but not practice areas, so the license record alone can’t confirm someone does family law. Every attorney here is corroborated by a second official source: all eight also appear on the Kansas Supreme Court’s approved roster of domestic mediation providers.
